DUTCH FOR expats II

The course for students with some knowledge of Dutch is mainly concerned with improving vocabulary, accent and intonation, and with spelling and sentence structure. By means of playing games, listening to stories and completing and writing texts vocabulary is extended and you learn to speak and write better Dutch.

By exploring topical themes and subjects you will learn the finer points of the language. By topical themes and subjects we mean current affairs (newspaper articles), art and culture (exhibitions), literature (newly published books in Dutch). National holidays and seasonal topics will definitely also be covered.

The course consists of 6 lessons of two hours in the evening ( 19.30-21.30) or in the morning (09.30- 11.30). The course is especially developed for expats. During the morning courses there is a babysitter available. For information about starting dates please contact Taalthuis.
